A Little Taste of Spring for My Poor Snowbound Friends

016
Spent the morning strolling through the garden and pulling those dastardly weeds. I thought all you who still have no sign of Lady Spring might need a little hope…it is on its way.
Just praying that we don’t get a late freeze, which is always a possibility until the middle of May. But I’m going to enjoy this time while I can.

Oh the pink blossoms are enough to brighten anyone’s day. We are suffering through MUD season here while things melt and drip and melt and drip. Can’t get near the mailbox because of all the mud. But the sun is shining and the birds are chirping and I can see it all from my sewing room window!

Sorry you’re still suffering. After 78 degrees yesterday, we’re getting a little sprinkle of rain today, which is really appreciated. Hopefully the sunshine will dry up all the mud soon.
